Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Orders ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or a comparable carrier. Media items such as vinyl records and books may ship via USPS Media Mail; cards, comics, coins, and higher-value items ship in protective packaging with tracked, insured service where appropriate. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Packaging

Collectibles are packed to collector standards — top-loaders and rigid mailers for cards and comics, protective sleeves and stiffeners for vinyl, and padded or boxed packaging for coins, clothing, and electronics. Items are described and photographed accurately before sale.

Returns

Non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery; defective items, items not as described, and items damaged in transit are accepted within 30 days. Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows a package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help open a carrier claim and find a resolution.
